Art- This is a great idea! In regards to your Facebook, MySpace question, I am not really sure why now. I guess it just took time for people to get annoyed with MySpace and during that same time period Facebook expanded to a more global scale moving out of the college students only niche. I also feel like Facebook has introduced more beneficial updates and applications during this time that some businesses are starting to see results from. MySpace has just become too diluted in my opinion.
